Shipping / Delivery Policy

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Luve ur Pet ships to all 50 U.S. states. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and every order ships from a warehouse inside the United States, so there are no customs fees, import duties or international delays.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Please double-check the size, color and shipping address before you check out – once an order is in our system we are usually unable to modify or cancel it.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after they ship, depending on your location. Large items such as cat trees, dog beds, cages and litter boxes may take a little longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak-season volume.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Orders with more than one item may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking number. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Your Order page.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find the package, please check with household members, neighbors and your building’s mail area, then contact the carrier. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery could not be completed, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping costs may apply).

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund. See our Return Policy for full details.

PAYMENT

All transactions are processed securely in USD. We never store your card details.
